Horrible place. Even if you have an appointment you’re eating in a room for over an hour to be seen while they take in all the people that have walked in without appointments. I do not recommend this place to even my worse enemy. Horrible and unprofessional.
Don't like how they talk to me. Rude and unprofessional CNP's that don't have time for you and get attitude if you correct their mistakes. Probably all graduated at the bottom of their classes.
I have been trying for 10 days to get a prescription renewed that needed authorization from my Dr. at Clinica La Esperanza on Barbara Loop. Smiths Pharmacy has repeatedly requested authorization to no avail. I have called Clinica La Esperanza numerous times and been assured each time they would take care of it. I finally got ahold of my Doctor 2 days ago who said he personally would authorize the renewal. I have again over and over contacted Clinica La Esperanza in conjunction with the Pharmacy and we always get the reassura... read more
Easy to schedule an appointment, professional staff and providers. I have very good experience with clinica La Esperanza and I would recommend this place to anyone who is seeking medical care.
