I have been trying for 10 days to get a prescription renewed that needed authorization from my Dr. at Clinica La Esperanza on Barbara Loop. Smiths Pharmacy has repeatedly requested authorization to no avail. I have called Clinica La Esperanza numerous times and been assured each time they would take care of it. I finally got ahold of my Doctor 2 days ago who said he personally would authorize the renewal.
