Great experience! Customer service is excellent and they gave clear information. I called on Monday and my exams take on Wednesday and physical exam on Friday. Really quick and they are really kind.

This clinic is part of the list for USCIS. I called to make an appointment for a Wednesday. They called me an hour before my appt to cancel. They rescheduled me for the following Friday. I called on Monday to confirm my appointment and they told me they weren’t sure when the civil surgeon would be in but they had booked me for Friday of that week. I just got a call to (Thursday) to cancel the appt with their civil surgeon I had for tomorrow. Luckily I trusted my gut and went elsewhere. They might be a cheaper alternative but... read more

I don't recommend coming to this clinic nor bringing family members to this clinic. Some of the staff members, to be in specific, the women in charge of receiving phone calls, sending out authorizations, putting in and receiving appointments (shes usually in charge of all of the tech things) is really unprofessional and very rude. She has a really bad attitude and make the experience so much worse and makes the atmosphere horrible.There are also 2 other males staff but they are very nice and sweet and will actual help you ou... read more
