Took my dad here and they ran blood test. We were scheduled to follow up with the doctor for medication. The appointment was scheduled and then they called us the day before and rescheduled. The day of the NEW appointment, they then rescheduled again, per the DOCTOR. We get to the clinic. The doctor has an “emergency” and cannot see us. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we wasted 4 days trying to see a doctor that doesn’t care. PÉSIMO SERVICIO! Antes de ir leí varias opiniones y casi todas cuentan malas experiencias, y aún así decidí ir. Y hay voy creyendo que iba a ser diferente. Llegue y si, muy amables las de repleción ( pero parece tianguis todas ahí paradas viéndote, falta de seriedad con el paciente) te pregunten síntomas y esperas turno, cuando pase a “consulta” pedí alguien que me ayudara con el inglés ( porque no lo hablo bien) y en eso entra otra enfermera, con el letrerote de “nurse “ en el uniforme, con una pésima actitud la señora mayo... read more
my mom went to this clinic a couple weeks ago and she really loved the medical assistant her name was diana #SHES THE BEST my mom wants to thank the manager for having staff like her . we’ll definitely be back to this clinic , if you want a good translating and sweet person ask for diana 🥰
