Made an in office appointment. Drove all the way to the clinic and was told there are no in person appointments. Lazy employee could have called to let me know before arrived,. Terrible.

So I called and ask if they were able to do a medical clearance for surgery and the lady on the phone told me yes but I have to go on Saturday and then I also texted them to make sure I didn’t have to bring anything else and they said no. So I went Saturday and they tell me the Dr does not provide what I need. Which is kind of annoying because it was just a waist of time. I give it two stars because the front desk lady was very nice!
