Excellent patient care from everyone, even office staff.
The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. The place looks and smells clean They have private rooms for heat and tens therapy. They talk with you in depth about why your there, where the pain is and what the game plan is to get you better. I only wish they were connected to MyChart.
I have been extremely impressed at the level of knowledge exhibited during my visits, the ability they have shown to help with an extremely painful back, not to mention the attention given to each patient while they are there for treatment. Unfortunately I have had the need of physical therapy several times as an adult,and have been to several physical therapy offices around the Tacoma area, and I can say with great confidence that this has been the best treatment I have had. I honestly never thought this could be so bad. Owned by the PT who lied about her own worker in regards to a workmans compensation claim. The complete opposite of good physical therapy practice. Be aware the PT has old archaic equipment and very little invested in her patients health. Probably better off at a crapy chain fitness club.
Great staff and therapists.
