This was my first EVER appointment at a gynecologist (I am 26) and I felt so uncomfortable. Waiting time was great and the nurses were so so friendly but my gosh the doctor was not my cup of tea. I had Dr. Littrell and usually I prefer doctors who just say it how it is and get to the point but in this case I really did need some warmth. Horrible phone personnel and front receptionists.. they need an overhaul of new employees on that end. The doctors and nurses themselves are very nice.
The receptionists have horrible customer service, especially over the phone. The nurses and practitioners are very nice tho.
I saw Meghan Flinn, a PA. at this clinic, I will say she was amazing! I highly recommend! She did not make me feel rushed , answered all my cares and concerns, she treated me with respect. I had the best experience in general with this office, from the front desk, to the nurses, the ones doing test.
Dr. Hudson was wonderful!From the moment I arrived, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Dr. Hudson and her nurse were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Hudson took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
