Dr. Samples is great. Clinic is over taxed with patients. Today I had an unfortunate encounter with a nurse on the phone who made her exasperation very clear about having to clarify info on drugs prescribed to me and having to put in a prior authorization for the drug. I appreciate that she is probably over worked and overwhelmed, but that does not excuse the attitude and lack of service oriented care. Doctors and staff are nice. Billing is not so nice. They will yell and talk over you for asking a question. If you want to know a general price range for a service they will not tell you. If the billing cant be transparent with their prices then it might be time to go elsewhere. It's a shame because I really like my doctor.
They where amazing trying to help me and my husband conceive
Super friendly and accommodating
Despite the reviews, I have not struggled with communication at all with this provider so far. I called and left my number, on a Monday morning mind you, for a follow up call and was followed up with within a couple of hours which is impressive given their large caseload! Very friendly staff and they certainly make you feel comfortable.
