The receptionists have horrible customer service, especially over the phone. The nurses and practitioners are very nice tho.
I saw Meghan Flinn, a PA. at this clinic, I will say she was amazing! I highly recommend! She did not make me feel rushed , answered all my cares and concerns, she treated me with respect. I had the best experience in general with this office, from the front desk, to the nurses, the ones doing test.
Dr. Hudson was wonderful!From the moment I arrived, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Dr. Hudson and her nurse were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr Rushing is great ! The exam was quick & efficient. He answered all my questions & gave me medication to try . So far it has worked well . I like all the Doctors in this group. Would recommend any of them .
I had an appointment with Amanda Walton, CRNP on the 15th, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I recently found out that I have uterine fibroids and came in hoping to get answers, guidance, and compassion regarding my condition. Prior to being seen, I attempted to undergo a transvaginal ultrasound, but it was extremely painful and could not be completed.
