The wait time is horrible.. but the staff was nice
Scheduling an appointment after referred to this doctors office I’d rather found my own especially after the clerk could hear I was black. I was transferred 3 separate times then no longer able to get through to schedule. Found an even better doctors office that was more warm and welcoming. This office has MORE PEOPLE THAN THEY CAN ATTEND FOR. Inform people you are full instead of giving the run around.
literally took an hour to just be sat in a room, rude doctors and nurses, broken patient portal. overall really bad experience i do not recommend coming to this doctors office
