So our dr office sent in 2 referrals back in April 2025. We contacted this office a month later after hearing nothing and they said they didn't receive it. So we had our dr send it in again and called 2 days later and they still say they don't have it. So we called our dr again and stayed on the phone with them until it was confirmed they sent it. They told us to give it 20 to 30 minutes and call them and they could pull up the referral on the blue cross blue shield website they have. Called them back and still nothing. So a... read more
Well managed practice with a great office staff. We use Dr. Greer for elder-care cognitive decline. His approach is comprehensive, with excellent flow of communication to work around hearing loss and other geriatric challenges.
