At the beginning of my treatment for muscle spasms and Spina Bifida-related balance issues, I was given the impression I would be given core-strengthening exercises for balance. After waiting for weeks to be shown these, I made up my own. After being “caught” doing them, I was told to stick to the “list.” The list is full of exercises that A) Are not strengthening my core and B ) Keep aggravating a hamstring injury I got doing this very routine. I absolutely love it.....I walk in and am greeted with a huge smile and it doesn't matter who is at the desk...they all smile....These people take pride In helping. ..I had knee surgery and delayed therapy for 8 months because I didn't believe in it...I regent not starting earlier...they showed me my weakness and showed me the progress in a short amount of time....I can now walk normally with NO PAIN...Thanks FPT
