I just drove 55min to a appointment after the guy that book me into medical trails told me that blood screening will be done in 2 weeks and this should only take 45min max. He was so wrong, they do blood tests on the day and it goes for 2.5hrs. Max, you're the worst.
The process at Clinibase is very professional. The Staff are very engaging and helpful.
The people I have interacted with are absolutely great they explain everything to you and are honest about everything they explain about any side affects and genuinely care about your well being making sure you are one hundred percent sure this what you want to do before you commit yourself
So professional and thorough with all details of the trial. Communication is excellent and no question is treated silly. All questions answered with transparency and clarity.
I found the young lady taking me through the initial enquiry extremely patient and understanding. The phone line was not clear and although we both had to repeat our words almost every sentence she remained calm and answered all my questions.
