Really poor attitude from staff. Wouldn't answer my questions regarding whether or not my insurance is in compliance with their office and if they accept my insurance. Very disrespectful and rude. I wouldn't recommend this urgent care.

I have been going here for six years. I use to love this place. It was my go to clinic. Saturday was the second horrible experience I had there. At this point I cant see a reason to return. I paid money for absolutely no help at all. I went in ill, struggling to breathe, knowing I had an infection and was told there was nothing wrong with me. I had to then go to another clinic to get the actual care I should have received here. Double paying for a simple antibiotic. Horrible inconsistent care there the last two years.

By far the worst healthcare experience I’ve had in my life. I had this issue with my finger where I wasn’t able to use it properly. Because I accidentally cut a nerve. The doctor looks at my hand for less than two minutes prescribes me some useless medication and some useless solution month and a half later no change at all.

Every visit or call has been very delightful. The team of nurses and doctors and front is always so kind and friendly to speak with. I’ve been lucky to have little to no wait time any time I come in. Great location!
