I have been here twice now once for my elderly Mom and today for what turned out to be a chip fracture on my foot. Both times in and out within a little over 2 hours. Staff was friendly and professional. The PA and X-ray tech answered my many many questions. Hopefully I won’t need urgent care for a long while but when I do I’m coming here.
3 weeks later and I still haven't gotten my labs back. Doctors are very rude when I make my weekly call to get a status updates. Originally they said 3-5 days, then 3-7 days, then 3-10 days, now they are starting to give "I don't know" as an acceptable answer. Avoid this place.
I honestly would save yourself the time and effort and not go here ever. They’ve misdiagnosed me twice now and caused me to prolong being sick for many days due to the wrong diagnosis. There nice people but there very quick to come to a conclusion about illnesses and the people who come in there suffer from it
