we placed a request for service and they didn't lie. they couldn't get me that day, said it would be the next day and they would call ahead. they did. we needed a evaporator. they gave me a price before ordering it. no surprises. finally, a service company that does what they say and doesn't tell you what you want to hear just to leave you hanging.
Experience Counts! – This company is wonderful and their experience shows. They are prompt, courteous and have very reasonable rates. They service many different types of commercial equipment and they provide warranty for many manufacturers, which is really nice and convenient. The ladies in the office are always kind and ready to help with questions and scheduling. I would highly recommend them to any one needing to repair most any kind of commercial equipment, including ice makers.
