Very poor communication. Initial appointment the person we were supposed to meet with wasn’t even available, but did meet with someone else. We picked out a floor plan and we were supposed to do a design meeting, but I tried calling and emailing and never could get a response back. It was a disappointing experience, but glad we didn’t go further along in the process with them.
