Impressed is an understatement! As a parent of a non-verbal autistic child you always worry since they can't tell you. The staff at check in was so kind and informed us insurance checked out fine. The kids movie theater is an amazing touch. Brittany met us in the waiting room and walked us back, talking to our son the entire time and explaining everything. My kids went to Clinch River and had a great experience! The front office was very nice with a movie theater my kids loved!! Brittany is a wonderful hygienist and Dr. McCall was very nice and approachable with both my kids. We also were able to go in the room as a family all together and the visit was very relaxed. We will be back!
The staff and the Dentist did and amazing job with my Daughter that will be two in June. I’ve been breastfeeding her since since birth and unfortunately it’s cause decay on her 4 top teeth. It was just progressively getting worse and something had to be done. She loves smiling and the dentist and I agreed that she was most likely in pain. As a new patient they made my son wait till last. Over 1hr past appointment time. Never go here...
I just got off the phone with them and they said they would not take my children due to the fact that they have autism and could become erratic if I was not in the room. My youngest son has bad attachment issues.And if i'm not in the room will not remain in a state where he can be treated with that being said they said that they would not be able to take us due to the fact it would be against their policy and they would not know how to handle that
