I have canclled MULTIPLE appointments with them and specifically stated I do NOT want to reschedule and they reschedule behind my back. I just suddenly get notifications that I have an appt here. I also said I did not want them to schedule an Obgyn appointment as my iud has months left. They scheduled one behind my back. I had gotten a call out of nowhere saying they made the appointment on x date, with no asking when or anything *AS I HAD TOLD THEM I DIDN’T WANT THEM TO*
