That horrible woman Liz needs to be fired immediately. She is dangerous. She lied about being the only person that works in the building, refused to schedule my mother’s biopsy & hung up on her. I will be reporting this facility to ADHS.
Won't return calls or answer emails. But will send you bills claiming they don't have your insurance when they do
Horrible place- my oncologist sent me here for a bone marrow biopsy. Tried to schedule in Jan last year and they wanted 95% of my deductible, which I hadn't paid down because it was the beginning of the year. Told them forget it and called later in the year after I met my deductible. Spoke to Liz and she was very rude, wouldn't give me an estimate other than to say it would be thousands, kept interrupting me when I asked questions.
