Classes: I absolutely love the classes. The classes are fun and provide a whole body workout. The instructors have great energy and are always motivating. I love when they have themed classes! Cryotherapy: I recommend for everyone to try cryotherapy! It has helped me with hip pain and it even helped me with anxiety. Great Staff Great Energy Awesome Studio and the perfect Location!!
I have been a member of climb society in Folsom for about 2 to 3 months now. The classes are awesome and the instructors really pay attention to make sure you are doing the work out correctly and boy when you do the work out correctly do you get an awesome workout. The facility is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. if you have never done this type of exercise before I highly recommend it it's a full body workout cardio muscle toning etc and kicks your butt.
