Don't expect these guys to honor any warranties. They'll make any excuse not to. In my case the salt from beachside destroyed all the components and "we don't service nothing" was the response I got. They'll say call Best Value or something to that effect. But then why are you a certified Goodman company???

A friend recommended these guys as my regular A/C company couldn't come out. It was a Friday in July 95 degrees, the grill, motor and fan had rusted out on the outside unit so I was anticipating being without A/C all weekend. Spoke to Jessie who said he had the parts in his warehouse and he would get to me in the afternoon which he did, had it repaired in less than an hour at a great price. Will only use these guys from now on.

Best people in the world! You won't find more honest, reliable and trustworthy people anywhere. They have the most reasonable rates and don't try to take advantage of people. I have used this company many times over the years and they have gone way out of their way on several occasions to ensure I had my service restored as fast as possible.
