We had a great experience with Climatrol. They installed a new system for us in March, and their follow-up service has been exceptional. Their workers have been knowledgeable and very polite. I would highly recommend their service.
This is the second time we have used Climatrol. Mike is great at assessing our particular situation. Mark is thorough with his explanations of what needs to be completed and or replaced. Carla is wonderful at answering any other questions leading up to the installation. Ryan and Scott were great today with the installation, showing respect for our home. We appreciate this company, and we will call on them again the next time we need their services.
Wow. Climatrol Inc. has not done any installation for me, and I'm not sure if they will, but I was extremely impressed with how they very thoroughly answered all the questions I had about my particular cooling and heating situation. Very thorough and obviously cared about helping me understand more about what I was investigating whether or not I would become a customer. That is the type of company I would want to work on any future installs.
