During a heat advisory the compressor went out on our AC unit. I contacted Climatrol to come out to check the unit. They came out the very next day. They had to order a whole new unit. When Mark gave me the quote he gave us a portable AC unit to use until our new unit arrived which was a life saver. Mark and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable during the whole experience. I would highly recommend Climatrol for all of your HVAC needs. Thank you Mark and your team. My husband said our unit was dead. I called Mark at Climatrol this morning and he had our old unit up and running within a half-hour of his arrival. Top-notch, same day service, and would definitely recommend.
Climatrol was recommended to us several years ago, so we contacted them when we had an issue with our furnace and air conditioner. Best move we ever made! Their experts are knowledgeable, efficient and prompt... and best of all, trustworthy. If they tell you something, you can trust them completely. No "upselling". If you need a repair, they don't pressure a customer to buy a new unit. They repair the current one. In the world of Heating/Air Conditioning, integrity of that sort is very rare. Call them. You won't be sorry.
They did a good job when my furnace was out. Climatrol installed a new furnace 3days later.They are a very good company to work with on your HVAC system.
