Wow. Climatrol Inc. has not done any installation for me, and I'm not sure if they will, but I was extremely impressed with how they very thoroughly answered all the questions I had about my particular cooling and heating situation. Very thorough and obviously cared about helping me understand more about what I was investigating whether or not I would become a customer. That is the type of company I would want to work on any future installs.
We had an entire HVAC & hot water system installed. Chose the TRANE 95% efficient furnace with the TRANE CLEAN EFFECTS air cleaner. This device, while costly when compared to other filters has kept us healthy and reduced dust by 90%. Climatrol installed a NAVIEN tankless heater with recirc. Instant hot water at every faucet in the house. No need to run water waiting for heat. Service has been prompt & responsive. I would highly recommend Mark Garner and his team at Climatrol for any of your HVAC needs.
Great group to work with - went out of their way to ensure our parents had good heating on a quick turn around looking ahead to winter. Very fair pricing for labor and materials, very high professionalism and responsiveness from the entire team. Would recommend to anyone looking for service in the area.
I can not say enough about this company. I have battled a heat pump since we built our home in 2004. My home was always cold and the system ran constantly. This winter right before the deep cold snap my system quit. I called every HVAC company in the state and Climatrol was very quick to reply and explained everything to me in detail answering my questions so I could easily understand.
