We’ve been customers for several years. Mike goes above and beyond making sure his customers are taken care of. The hospitality and kindness go above expectation. Carla is also amazing. She’s the first person you’re in contact with when you call and she makes sure your concerns are handled promptly. Can’t recommend this company enough!

Climatrol installed my furnace and new a/c unit around 4 years ago.They did a professional job installing it and it’s been great. I smelled an electrical smell through the vents and called them and within an hour they stopped and checked things out and found the blower motor went bad. Mark found a motor and it had to come out of Pennsylvania. The roads got bad from the snow and took a few days to get in. When it came in they called me and they were there within the hour. I want to thank Mark and his crew for a job well done.

Mark Garner was excellent! Furnace not staying on long enough to heat the house. He talked me through some adjustments on the phone to correct the problem.
