Geothermal unit caught on fire within Warranty timeframe and is like pulling teeth to get answers. They pieced together new unit with old unit parts so we still have burnt portions of the old unit in the replaced unit.
Stevie was able to come to my house on a short notice and repair my heat and cooling issues. His service was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and he resolved my problem in about 30 minutes. So happy with this service!!! Thanks so much!
