Called Climateguard on a holiday weekend and the owner personally came out to fix our AC. And he had a new ac installed in 2 days. His employee were knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend!
We needed some outlets put in and an auxiliary AC unit for our bedroom. Called Climategaurd, and they were here the next day doing an estimate. Two days later everything was done and working perfectly. I found the 2 brothers Stephan and Christian to be knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I recieved texts verifying the times they would be here, and they prompt and efficient. Estimates also came quickly by text as well as invoices and paid receipts. I would highly recommend them for your electrical and AC needs.
Christian was very friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable about what was wrong with our ac unit and was able to get it fixed quickly. My A/C went out during an electrical storm on a Friday at 630pm. I called two other repair services but they could not fit me in until the next afternoon. I called climateguard and Chris told me to turn the a/c off for 10 to 15 min and call him back. after 15 minutes I turned the a/c back on and it is cooling now. The other two companies with 40 yrs experience never bothered to tell me this only they couldn't come out until afternoon the next day.
