This business is a SCAM! They charged me $145 for a tech to come out and the diagnostic. Once the tech came out there and was only there for 30 mins, the tech says I owe $175 for him coming out there and the diagnostic. The tech had no idea i was charged already and said he doesnt get paid from that. When I tried calling the office, they would not put me on with the original guy I spoke with and the new guy is telling me this is the charge for something else - a program that I did not agree to!
