These guys wrote the book "Small Town & Unprofessional". I see another reviewer saying they didn't receive promised phone calls, yes! Jaime' and Larry dug around our attic to give us a quote, never to return our call. Are they too good for our business? Once I spoke to Jaime after a half a dozen phone calls to the office over a period of 2 months, he finally called back to say we were "not a good fit" because I said I was concerned about THEIR reliability.
