I woke up on a Monday morning with a disabled HVAC unit, installed less than 6 months ago. It turned out to be a full condensate drip pan which tripped a high-level float switch. Sure sign of a clogged drain line. This was the second time since March that this happened. I called the company from whom I purchased the unit to schedule service and was told that I'd have to wait until the next day. August in Georgia is not a good time to be waiting for HVAC service. Climatech came through in a crunch again! Had a 3-5pm appointment, Alan came through early and knocked the issue out! 20 years of using climatech and never an issue with the service or technician. Thanks Alan!/Climatech

We had climatech on derenne to install a unit at our church and before a year we had problems with a leak,they came out three times and never repaired the problem and promised to come back but never did. And the problem became worse and they denied that it was their problem. I will never again use this company

Had them out June 24. Tech supposedly fixed the problem. Paid $250 but problem is recurring. Had a reputable company come out today and Climatech tech missed a major issue with a TXV valve. Their service fee was a total waste of money. Beware of these people.
