Mike was extremely professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to explain them as well. My 2yo was wanting to watch and follow him around, and Mike was kind and patient with her around.

The repair man was on time and found the problem quickly and had the part we needed on his truck. Was polite and friendly!
We have a fairly new Rheem AC system, but the compressor went bad after just over two years. It was still under warranty, so we went to the company that initially installed the system. A week later (not an exaggeration, 7 calendar days), we still did not have AC. It was July in Florida, and we were losing our minds. The original company said they had a final part ordered, but we would have to wait two more days (total of 9 days) for it to arrive and get installed.
