The team at ClimateCare are amazing. We have an issue with upstairs unit and fixed the issue. We know we need a new unit relatively soon, but they assured us we still have more time and keeping a preventative maintenance contract would save us in the long run. I trust ClimateCare for all my HVAC and now plumbing issues too!
Had ClimateCare install two Mitsubishi splits. Jason was the team lead and did the initial estimate. Great recommendations and then he led the installation team of 4 who did an outstanding job. Took one full day but the team was professional and courteous and answered all of my questions.
The incredible team at ClimateCare responded to not only our home but a local family member who also had HVAC problems, on July 4th of this year. There was an extremely high heat wave that had moved through the area, and their team had technicians willing to work on a holiday, responding to emergency needs. This is the definition of service! Highly recommended, the only team we will use in Anne Arundel County!
The technician came in, diagnosed our problem and fixed things all within a week’s time. He was knowledgeable, efficient, & professional. And the price was less than half of our lowest estimates from elsewhere. We are so grateful every time we walk into our home
