The technicians here are rude. They leave their work vans in front of residential houses over long weekends obstructing views with ladders stacked on top. There is limited parking in residential neighborhoods, the company should be mindful of the communities and not just the connivence of their staff. I called ClimateCare HVAC and Sharon picked up. I explained I only had a quick question and she kindly passed me along to Vince, who proceeded to walk me through regular maintenance on our electric air filtration system. I will call ClimateCare HVAC for service when we need it; I hugely appreciate that they have the time to walk homeowners through regular maintenance without first doing a service call.
