Absolutely unacceptable behavior from this company. One of their drivers, operating a company vehicle with license plate UB22-472, nearly caused an accident by recklessly speeding through traffic. Highly, highly recommend Climate Specialists! We’ve used them twice now - once for our old house and again for our new place. Both times we had our HVAC replaced and Hisham is always consistent. He’s super knowledgeable and is great about sharing any tips with you regarding your system. I also appreciate that he isn’t out to sell you the most expensive unit, but rather something of quality and works best for your home. I found this company on Google after getting a quote from one of the big name HVAC companies in the DMV. These guys beat the big guys best offer by almost 5 grand for my new furnace. 5 GRAND!!! There is a reason that Hisham gets all five star ratings…. I called on a Sunday morning and he was to my house an hour later and found a problem that I thought was gonna be tens of thousands to fix because I have an old unit… but instead it cost a fraction of that. He was personable and on point. in this day and age, somebody that’s fair and doesn’t try to fleece you is really valuable. I will definitely be using them to install a new unit at some point before selling my house. Not all heroes wear capes.
