Absolutely unacceptable behavior from this company. One of their drivers, operating a company vehicle with license plate UB22-472, nearly caused an accident by recklessly speeding through traffic. When I called the business to report the incident and speak with a manager, I was shocked to learn the driver was the owner himself — Hisham. Highly, highly recommend Climate Specialists! We’ve used them twice now - once for our old house and again for our new place. Both times we had our HVAC replaced and Hisham is always consistent. He’s super knowledgeable and is great about sharing any tips with you regarding your system. I found this company on Google after getting a quote from one of the big name HVAC companies in the DMV. These guys beat the big guys best offer by almost 5 grand for my new furnace. 5 GRAND!!!
