Paid for the yearly maintenance service where they come out twice a year to make sure you are ready with the season changes. I have not had one service done since I paid in August. It is now January. I have called (no one answers), emailed (have not gotten a response), and have texted ( unpredictable if a response will be given). I would not recommend them due to their lack of communication and lack of following through with their maintenance program ($220). Not sure if I will ever get my first winter service before spring.
I had my HVAC and Water Heater replaced and installed. Fantastic, family run business that provided first class service.
Really great experience. Good communication, friendly, and very fast service. Can't say enough. I've used this company three times now and they've done a great job every time.
Climate Solutions did a great job resolving my issues, which they didn't cause. They were incredibly responsive and cost was very reasonable. I am so glad I chose them 2 years ago for my new air conditioners.
