Very prompt no matter the time or day. They go over the problem and cost to repair or replace. Take all the time necessary to explain the problem and the least expensive remedy. Honest and economical. Exceeded all expectations. I would recommend them to anyone for any heat/air need. R.A.M.

Great Service! Had them replace my old ac system and was extremely impressed. After calling 6 different contractors, they were the most straight forward and impressive company. They saved me over $1200 on the work done and we are very satisfied. And they didn't ask for any money up front. I was told they don't collect any money until we were happy with the job. Half the other guys wanted a down payment. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their system worked on or replaced.

Found this company online after 6 pm on a Saturday. My ac had went out and I had a house full of company visiting. I called Climate Solutions and the receptionist was very friendly and courteous, and advised me she would have a technician out within 2 hours. The technician showed up in less than an hour! came within 2 hours. very friendly, found the problem and fixed it quick. didnt try to point out fake problems. they just came to my home done what needed to be done and went on there way. all for a hair over a hundred dollars parts included!!!. some companies charge that just to come out to your home. anyway there in my cell ph book.

As a General Manager for a large restaurant I am always loooking for the best companies to service our restaurant needs. Call them for any of your heat/ac needs. They were prompt and well trained. Repaired my heating system the same day when other contractors were trying to sell me a new system. They made me feel like I was part of the family. They are an old fashioned service company with high ethics. I would recommend them to anyone needing their system repaired.

Very good service. The part of my heater outside went out at about 10 o'clock at night. Called several different companies to come out and check it being that it was in the low 30's and getting cold in the house. Finally called Climate Solutions and they had a guy out at my house that night. Within an hour they had my heat going. Service guy was really nice and give me some tips on how to make sure my heater runs at top level. Very good price on fixing my heater too. Would recommend these guys to all my family.
