Excellent customer service and high quality product. I had a heat pump installed a year ago which was a great experience, so it goes without saying that I enlisted them again for its regular service. We’ve had to use this company a few times and each time has been easy to book, clear communication and good workmanship! Truman was brilliant the last two times and explained everything that was happening, what the issue was and repair needed clearly and super polite and friendly!
Very thorough job, done beyond the call of duty.
Climate Plus gave Dean good notice of the technician, Darcy’s arrival. Darcy was polite and respectful of any questions that Dean asked. Darcy was thorough in attending to a review of our climate system and quickly determined the problem and its resolution. Darcy also provided good information on timelines to resolve the problem and that a quote would be forthcoming in the near future
