I had my AC not working. I called Climate Mechanics. They helped to get the technician out on the same day. Nathan checked every possible issue and made sure the system was all up and running. He is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful through out the repair.
I got my unit from this company about 3 years ago and it’s a regret of mine. The AC unit must be way smaller than it’s supposed to be because my ac literally never makes my upstairs cool. It’s to the point where I have a new ac unit but I have to put ac units in my window. Ridiculous. The heat goes every now and then. Every time you call them , have to pay a service fee to come out to fix the system that they put it that never even worked. Literally thousands of dollars down the drain.
