Climate Masters did a fine installation of our new furnace. Doug Becker gave us a bid, followed the following day by excellent & timely installation.. We had two days of no heat followed by a brand new furnace to serve our needs. It has been working fine ever since.
Stay far away they put WiFi thermostat in my home without my knowledge and they keep saying itâ??s not a WiFi went to other heating and cooling place in eureka they say it is definitely a WiFi thermostat now I have the people that live around me following all around why I have not idea very sick about it and have no idea how to get them off my thermostat.
We have been customers of Climate Masters for over 15 years. They are knowledgeable, professional and specialize in older homes such as ours. Their managers and technicians have been consistent over the years. They let us know what to expect from our heating and cooling systems and what is necessary and unnecessary--such as a whole house humidifier, they could have sold us when we expressed interest in replacing our old one, but in their fairness and honesty they suggested we would not be happy with it and use room humidifie... read more
Stay away from these scam artists! They charged me upwards of $700 for a fix that was supposedly going to fix my uncomfortably hot upper level in my 1890's home. Installer came, replaced a few new duct runs in the basement, then left after a few hours. Only problem: he took out all the dampers from the duct branches, claiming we "wouldn't need them any more." Now my home is even LESS comfortable in summer, and the upstairs is stifling hot in winter while my downstairs is cold. All because this guy was too lazy to reinstall t... read more
Really know their stuff. Wes was my tech and he was good at the work and was able to figure out the problems with my AC. I will call them FIRST in the future if I have any HVAC problems. Thank you Climate Masters!
My friend paid with cash for a repair in 2008, and in 2012 they tried making him pay again. He actually paid, then found his receipt for the cash payment... Luckily he kept the recirpt..
decent prices, been around here for years – I do clean / checks with Climate Masters. They replaced my radiator system some years ago and everything's been much better since. Before using them I checked around and I heard mostly positive things about their work. Good all round company for the years I've been with them.
Very helpful and friendly - good, honest people – I have used Climate Masters two times so far, once in my 85 year old home that I sold last year and again in a 14 year old home I just purchased. The sales person (Doug) was very friendly and knowledgable. They installed a new AC and high efficiency furnace and walked me through the steps to get all the tax credits to really lower the overall cost.
