I'm the director of facility maintenance and constriction at a major government facility. Climate Masters is about as responsive as it gets. Every time we needed them they came right out and were professional and customer service oriented.
Our AC died on a very warm Saturday night. I called Climate up because they advertise in our local Community Impact newspaper. Deon answered and said he would be out first thing Sunday morning. He showed up on time and is very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on. He was able to quote and Schedule service right away. They came out on Monday morning to replace my ac unit.
