Our house isn’t even two years old and we have 3 units… so far there has been an issue with every single one of them. This 3rd unit we are told we owe over 700$ for a leak from a bad part but of course it’s on us… I don’t understand why people don’t take pride in their work anymore. The other two houses I lived in never had issues for at least 5-7 years that I can remember and ALLL 3 of our units in a house completed in 2020 has had issues. Livid isn’t even how I can describe my feelings

It’s August, it’s hot, I am sure there are lots of folks with AC problems this time of year so when I called these guys I was expecting to be told it would be the next day or even longer. 30 minutes later Kyle was at my house. Had them come out twice in one day. Diagnosis was so wrong. Called another company and I have to have a whole new unit.
