I received excellent service. All the staff were very helpful. In particular, Tyler and Ryan who installed my new hot water system were great. They arrived on time, were very friendly and efficient.

Excellent service. They supplied the MHI multi-head and split systems for their 'sister' company to install. Wonderful coordination and made sure I was able to get the full benefit of available rebates.
Sensational service from the Climate Master team. Punctual, polite, good clear explanations of installation and left the house nice and clean.
This process took a whole team of workers, all arriving at different times. At every turn they turned up when they said they would and communicated well. When they left you would be hard pressed to see they had ever been here. Clean, tidy and precise. Lovely people who do a great job... cannot ask for more than that. They've got five stars because that's the limit... id be happy to give them more.
