Excellent service and product information on new hot water heat pump from Marcus, followed by professional and efficient install by Tyler and the team. No nonsense reliable crew. Highly recommended
We were very impressed with Climate Master in Canberra. Their communication is outstanding; prompt, helpful and informative. Each technician informed us of their arrival time, and followed up each time. We felt confident that the work was done well, and would not hesitate to contact them should the need arise. The team of installers, electricians and plumbers were all polite, tidy and efficient. Thank you to all.
The technician, Brandon, was absolutely excellent in his manner, conduct and professionalism. All servicing was completed swiftly and without fuss. Any problems were explained clearly and proposed or recommended fixes were also explained very clearly. A very pleasant person and I would not hesitant to recommend him, or the company, to anyone needing their services.
I received excellent service. All the staff were very helpful. In particular, Tyler and Ryan who installed my new hot water system were great. They arrived on time, were very friendly and efficient.
