I had an electric heat pump that was dripping water in the hallway on a Saturday evening. I called the emergency number Climate Makers left on their machine and talked to Mike. He asked me some questions to identify the problem and said he d be right over. He was as good as his word and fixed the problem with a helpful attitude. I would not hesitate to call Climate Makers again for any help with HVAC concerns.
