I had a my furnace heater go out on December 27, 2024. Spent a week with no heat, it was rough not gonna lie. So it got changed. I was (am still) going through some financial stuff right now. Climate Makers works with you. Speak up. (But dont exaggerate or tell a lie). They worked with me. Then about a month later my ignitor had broken. So he replaced it. I agreed to let them bill me. Don’t bother calling. They put you on hold for 15 min or longer while they make copies and chat. Move on to a different Dr office who has the time.
