Required their help with our ducted gas heater that had stopped running for no apparent reason in the coldest week of winter. We were anxious about how long it would take for them to reply as we have had multiple incidents with other tradies taking the enquiry but then not getting in contact again. They rang back the next morning at 9am to come around and have a look, and had it all up and running again by 10am. We booked a call out to check why one room was not getting much heat through our central gas heating. A booking was not actually confirmed and they just turned up. There was little info given as to why it was a problem or how we could fix it or any recommendations apart from adjusting the vents. The service person said they would chat to their colleagues and get back to us about more specific solutions. No call back and it was a $220 call out for about 20min of looking at it.
Not worth 1 star. We had an Air Con problem, Climate King didn't know what the error codes meant, didn't know what the strange noises were or mean, yet still charges a few hundred dollars to do nothing, tell me nothing, didn't diagnose or fix anything.
Excellent company in Orange NSW. They installed my Ducted Zoned Daikan reverse cycle Air con which has worked brilliantly over the past 5yrs no issues at all. Excellent Customer service. I have an App to turn it on and off, raise & lower the temperature from work or anywhere so I can come home to a warm house in winter & cool in summer. Highly recommend this company.
Fantastic company and great service. Had a solar battery and panels installed in record time. Gerald and Les were excellent to deal with. Highly recommend.
