I recently purchased Multi split system through climate green. For the past 8 days i am trying to contact Climate green through email for their service as the heating system is not working. Climate green is claiming that for repair or service we need to be in touch with Rinnai, where Rinnai is claiming that we need to go through the provider, i am just getting reply , with no context in the email.
