I wasn’t going to share this feedback online because I know how damaging a Google review can be for a business as I too am a business owner and know how it feels to receive unjust reviews.. however this is not a Karen rant, this is pure frustration and anger at the terrible service we have received post installation. The sales and presales were quite good and I got my Aircon and hot water installation done by these guys. Credit where its due - the hot water system installation was done quite neatly and that is good. Now, with the aircon installation, the installers came and did a really shoddy job of ruining my facade and they just pulled out wire randomly without even taking the slightest of efforts to hide it. Installation of 4 split systems provided by Victoria Aircon was good. Two guys come first and do a lot of the leg work and work out where they’re going and start installing the actual units. Then later on about three hours later the electrician comes. Then the plumber to disconnect the ducted gas. Unfortunately the electrician broke 4 tiles on my roof which cost me $120 to replace the next day. Installation took just over 6 hours. They did a good job and the Midea units are working well. I’ve used Climate Green for my home appliances and for my investment property. They have always been helpful pre-sales and their installations to date have been great. I can recommend them for hot water and cooling/heating units.
