Jim took the time out of his day to talk to me on the phone and thoroughly explain and help on my project as much as he could, even though what I was looking for was not a fit for him. Not many companies will go that far!
I was extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service I received from Jim last week! He came out on a Saturday and within 45 minutes of my initial call and made the repairs to my air conditioner! The price was extremely reasonable as well! All in all it was less than 2 hours and we were feeling the cool breeze again! I highly recommend Jim and Climate Design, Inc., Heating and Air Conditioning! One happy and cool customer, Tim Brown.

Jim has kept my 20 year old system up and running for over a decade, but the time came for a new system.
