Avoid this company at all costs. I paid for a repair in November that didn't actually fix my A/C. The technician even admitted he wasn't sure the job was done because of the cold weather and told me to call back if I had issues. When I did, they finished the job and then sent me a second bill for the full amount. I tried to resolve this reasonably with the office, but the owner insisted I pay full price for both visits, effectively double-charging me for one repair. Climate Control of Charlotte has been maintaining our HVAC units for almost 10 years. They are a very professional group with local friendly customer service. They even replaced a large unit for me and handled the whole process perfectly.
