Facility is super clean, well-monitored, the climate control is fantastic for storing books, and it is staffed by genuinely kind and considerate people.

We rented a unit for several years and the staff were always ready to help. We had pallets of stuff which was fairly easily accessible through their garage around the back. Highly recommend!
