We rented a unit for several years and the staff were always ready to help. We had pallets of stuff which was fairly easily accessible through their garage around the back. Highly recommend!
I've used a few different storage facilities over the years, and Climate Control Indoor Storage is the by far the best. It's very clean and the units are in great shape. There are dollies by the door to use to load and unload, and the office staff has been helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them.
I had to store a Steinway grand piano here for 17 years, and it is still in tune! Steinway can take some credit, of course, but climate control is also very important.
