Emergency call after hours. They called back to tell us they had a serviceman on the way. He told us and showed us the parts that have to replaced. Temporarily fixed the unit but has to get a part to fix it permanently. Waiting on estimate for part and installation. Service man (sorry I don’t remember his name) was very informative and polite.He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the system.
