My Generac whole house generator was under warranty. Parts, labor and travel are entirely covered. The engine failed they removed me generator from my property to work on it which Generac forbids them from doing. They kept it for four months and refused to return it unless I paid them an additional $2,500.00 that they said Generac owed them. Generac told them my system was fully covered with no additional charge to me. They finally brought it back and reinstalled it. I suggest everyone avoid this company like the plague. A routine check of the HVAC showed a part that would fail soon. Recommended replacement was undertaken.

Great team and service. We had Climate Control also clean our vents. They did a great job but they should give their Techs a real vacuum cleaner for cleanup. He only had a small car vac that would have taken days to clean up from the vents. They did a great job but give them the gear.
