Positive experience with the assessment. The install happened. After three hours, it still is not cooling the house. Also, debris from the duct work fell into the house on top of laundry and into the piano. In hindsight, of course it did. But we don't do this every day and didn't think about it. If we had been warned, we would have covered the piano and beds and moved the laundry. I gave this feedback to the technicians when they were finished.
