Hello everyone. We had a new air conditioner installed on May 21,2024. It's been a few months now and i can't get enough of how well it works. Greg Duncan helped me figure everything out, the the prices were very reasonable, the guys who installed the air conditioner worked quickly and efficiently. My Generac whole house generator was under warranty. Parts, labor and travel are entirely covered. The engine failed they removed me generator from my property to work on it which Generac forbids them from doing. They kept it for four months and refused to return it unless I paid them an additional $2,500.00 that they said Generac owed them. Generac told them my system was fully covered with no additional charge to me. They finally brought it back and reinstalled it. I suggest everyone avoid this company like the plague. Contacted the company to inquire about replacing my A/C unit and spoke with Kim. She assured me she would provide a quote and follow up the next day. After waiting a week with no response, I reached out again and left a message, but still did not receive a call back. Ultimately, I decided to go with Bruce's heating and A/C and spent $18,000 with him. Bruce promptly returned my call, provided a quote, and displayed a high level of professionalism.
