We have had wonderful service from Climate Control Heating and Air since the installation of our heat pump almost 10 years ago. The technicians have been very knowledgeable about the service we required.
Climate Control techs installed a brand new unit but didn't cover all the wiring with the panel that clearly comes with the unit. It's exposed and out in the weather. Requested to have it put on but still haven't heard back.
We could not be happier with Climate Control Air. They handle our regular maintenance and our emergency repair yesterday. Jimmy is a great dispatcher and Matthew did great work. They are always conscientious and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and their work outstanding!
