Service was 10/10. Friendly and very prompt, they had my unit fixed around 3 hours after the first call to them for service. I would easily recommend them over any other AC / Heating service in the area.
I hate leaving bad reviews. I called Climate Control last week as I had a renter without heat and I told them I was out of town. They came out same day, which was great. Diagnosed it as a gas valve and quoted $1100 by text and told me it would be better to replace the unit and sent a quote for nearly $7000. I returned home, stopped by, and it was short cycling, so it definitely wasn’t the gas valve - more like a controller or flame sensor issue. Brantley went above and beyond (on a weekend game day!) to fix our HVAC issue while we had short term renters visiting. He called to discuss to costs and options, sent me a video and then went the extra mile to find the problem and fixed it immediately. Customer service like that is rare and we will use no one else in the future. 5 +++ stars. I definitely recommend he and his company.
