He answered all our questions and seemed genuinely concerned with helping us choose the system that best suited our needs. Climate Control staff were here when they said, on time and spent all the time they needed to get the system installed. They are the best at getting the job done correct the first time. Brandon went over everything and listened to our needs. His recommendations were just what we needed / wanted. I would strongly recommend Climate Control over any other HVAC company.
Just had an amazing experience with Brandon Franz! Was told by Bryant hvac that I had a coolant leak that couldn't be repaired and quoted $5,700 for their 'good' AC system and $6,300 for their 'better' system for my small one level home. Brandon told me that my filter probably needed replaced and my AC unit needed taken apart and sprayed off, and then did those things for me which fixed the problem!! Feel so comfortable compared with other contractors. Very knowledgeable and way of doing job is excellent. Use new technology to diagnostics. I would like to recommend others as well.

Just received our first bill after having installed a Trane high efficiency HVAC. The average temperature was higher this year than last and our kWh was down by 12.65. The service men were excellent and very professional. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Not good. Charged $179 to install something that it took a 78 year old man to do in less than 3 minutes. Will look elsewhere for future needs.
