Crystal checked my furnace today to see how it is performing. She was very thorough and professional. She explained the workings of the air system and how to change the filters. She is very personable, and my dogs loved her!! Five stars to her and Climate Control for a great job!

I had a service check on my furnace today, and am very pleased with the professionalism of the technician. He was prompt, even though there was 12 inches of snow drifts to walk through, did his check through and payed much attention to my dogs, which they loved!
