Very happy with our new fireplace. Climate Clinic has been very helpful throughout. Our valor fireplace had a cracked firebox so they referred us to another company that deals with valor just in case it was covered under warranty. Unfortunately it wasn't and it had also been discontinued so it couldn't even be fixed. We went back to Climate Clinic to get the whole thing replaced. I called to give them a multi thousand dollars project. I wrote the project description on an email and sent it to them. The woman on the phone said that have your tenant call me for scheduling. I asked her read the email and reply back. She hung up the phone on me. These people need basic social skills. I will never ever go to them again. It seems they have too many customers and don't care if they loose some. Well they succeeded.

Awesome job, our fireplace wasn't following thermostat and fan wasn't working. Also, same time our furnace wasn't catching up to set point. Fixed all issues within an hour or so, even with returning for parts. Very fair price.
