Very happy with our new fireplace. Climate Clinic has been very helpful throughout. I called to give them a multi thousand dollars project. I wrote the project description on an email and sent it to them. The woman on the phone said that have your tenant call me for scheduling. I asked her read the email and reply back. She hung up the phone on me. These people need basic social skills. I will never ever go to them again. It seems they have too many customers and don't care if they loose some. Well they succeeded.
