Climate Care came through when another contractor canceled and when others would not answer a call or voicemail. My service technician Robert arrived early and was very straightforward in diagnosing and communicating the issue as well as thorough regarding the work that was completed. I would recommend him and Climate Care to anyone requiring heating and cooling maintenance.
My A/C was not blowing out cool air. Robert Peters from Climate Care LLC came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. Problem was a loose valve which caused refrigerant to leak out. No way to determine how the valve got loose, but after a few pounds of refrigerant, the A/C was up and running. Robert was very professional and answered all my questions.
