Chris provided top quality service and installed our AC unit. During installation there were missing parts which he ordered and came back to install and troubleshoot our whole system. He is ALWAYS A CALL away and response time is immediate. His prices were very reasonable and his installation time is quick. Climate care is reliable, dependable and customer service is impeccable. Definitely worth it to have someone like Climate Care as your service provider.
Very rude and disrespectful driver. Cutting everyone off on I95 Englewood exit and driving on the shoulder. I beeped at him he gave me the middle finger. Your drivers should be reflecting the image of your company as a professional.
I was out of heat in March on a Sunday and Lito came right out and fixed it so fast. I appreciate his time and help getting the heat back. I would gladly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.
Lito was very friendly and professional, and took the time to explain what the problem was, which I appreciate. Prices are on the high end, but they came out same day, and did it right and took good care of my issues and answered all my questions.
Chris is so reliable and a true lifesaver. He dropped what he was doing early this morning to help get my heat back on. This is the second time I’ve used his services. The first time was a few years ago when I need a condenser for my AC. He gave me the best price and the work was completed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend him for all heating and air conditioning services!
