Not one but two experts by the names of Byron and Sean arrived at the agreed time. We strongly believe this maintenance and check up of both units extends the life of same. One of these was installed in 2001. They set to work and when finished left both areas in immaculate condition. We would strongly recommend Climacool and would not hesitate to re-employ again. We had Climacool install split system air conditioning in our Unit in Coorparoo. From quote to installation the service was first rate. The staff responded quickly to all correspondence and Dave was prompt and punctual to all bookings. This was work done on our investment property so we were not able to be on site to coordinate but everything went seamlessly.
I highly recommend Climacool, they know what they are doing. Most of the communication was via email but they are prompt with their replies. The staff are friendly and reliable.
