The team were lovely and I always received prompt responses. I purchased a unit and found out the air conditioning hadn't been serviced in years, so it had a few issues that Climacool were able to fix and now it works great.
If I could give you 6 stars I would. I had an experience with another aircon company that were totally useless, charging me $340 for initial callout and then wanting another $650 for further investigations. They had no clue what was wrong. Climacool were so professional, they knew what they were doing and they fixed it. Amazing service from Margie and James. Thank you.
Had the Climacool team out to service and replace some AC units, Margi in the office is great with bookings and changes we had to make and the service and installation guys were professional, arrived on time and got the job done well. Thanks
