The Climacool Air Team were very professional. They installed the Air Conditioner unit, and I had minor concerns with the mounting of the unit. Their director called me and without hesitation they were back the next morning less than 4 business hours later to remedy the small concern. It's often not if something goes wrong, but how a company responds to it, and the Climacool Air Team responded to it with speed and clarity and were more than happy to support the concern. We've used Climacool several times and the service is always excellent. Today they replaced a wall unit for us in our daughter's apartment. It was a tricky replacement but David and the team did any amazing job with the instal. All the team are exceptionally friendly to deal with and always arrive on time and do a great job.
David was punctual and professional from the outset. Our pool heater failed and David was quick to respond and very skilled in diagnosing and organising the replacement heater. Recommend.
