Stay away from this company !!! Poor installation. Unprofessional Staff. Refuses to honor warranty they provide and will attempt to charge for services in warranty period that are contractually free.
We have used Climac for smaller services in the past but after moving to accommodate taking in aging parents, their true integrity and value showed through. Climac excelled in every way from design through installation. Complete redesign of heat and A/C that leveraged existing systems to the extent possible to minimize new investment while providing the comfort we and our parents needed. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Polite, courteous customer service reps and professional service techs. They fixed our A/C and heating units quickly and inexpensively! My heating, humidifier, air purifying equipment runs like a dream - I couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you Climac!
